I contacted Cornerstone initially for a termite inspection, but also knew we had a rodent problem. I spoke with Patrick on the phone. He was very personable and professional. He’s pretty much everything you want in a home tech person. Very easy to talk to and just a very genuine person. We set up at time and he was there as expected. On completing the inspection, the subject turned to the rodent issue, which he noticed right away. Patrick set up a plan and was generous in sharing his knowledge and suggestions as to what I could do as the homeowner to help in combating the little pests. Since then, he’s been in regular contact with me, keeping me updated on how things are looking. I feel very confident that things are under control and my house is in good hands. Highly recommended
